I am Yucheng Zhang, an urban and regional studies (URS) student at Cornell University. I am currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in URS and expected to be graduated with honors in May 2023.

My research interest includes using spatial big data to understand the urban environment and explore the potential of automated urban data analysis algorithm in alleviating the administrative cost in understanding cities.

I am currently working on my honors thesis on comparing the perception between public space and privately owned public spaces (POPS), using Social Media Data.
